This heavy-duty actuator provides a strong, durable, and precise linear actuator for high-end applications in areas requiring frequent exposure to high-pressure, high-temperature washdown. Exterior surfaces are constructed of 316 Stainless Steel and contoured to prevent liquid from pooling.
Long nose bearings provide support for the extended piston. Rugged bronze keys in opposing steel slots provide anti-rotation and counter the tangential forces created during high speed, high frequency, and high load operations.
IP69K is the highest rating against ingress from dirt and liquids making these Eliminator SP actuators ideal for food processing and medical applications that require frequent high-pressure, high-temperature, and caustic washdown.
What is an IP69K rating?
IP69K is the highest rating on the internationally recognized Ingress Protection (IP) scale. The first number in the sequence represents the protection rating against dust and dirt ingress; “6” indicates that the unit is dust tight, allowing no ingress. The second number in the sequence represents the protection rating against liquid ingress followed by the letter designation that indicates that is a high temperature rating; “9K” indicates that the unit is protected against ingress from high-pressure and high-temperature spray at close proximity and from various angles.
